[p4] SSL Handshake Error: invalid SSL Session

Have you tried running "p4 trust" from the command line for that
connection? I'd expect a fingerprint check as well, but a quick "p4
trust" from the command line may get you up and running. Failing that
I'd drop an email to ***@perforce.com.
