[p4] Sort by "Submitted by" in P4V is broken

It's a regression. Just tried it in 2014.3 and it works beautifully.

Are you sure that's a regression, i.e. that it actually worked in previous versions? (I never used P4V much, but the thing of "load more" acting weird if you're not sorting on the primary column wouldn't surprise me -- sorting on other columns being broken entirely is a little more surprising.)
