[p4] P4V freezing after connecting

Our users by and large run 2015.2/1458499, and I didn't hear them complain.
There must be something else.
Check what the server is doing when p4v freezes - what the last command p4v sent to the server.
If you have broker installed, see what the last command was that the broker received and processed from p4v.

This is looking like a problem in the latest client only. I installed the 2015.2
on another PC and saw the same freeze.

I have installed v2015/1/1233444 and have not seen if freeze
