[p4] MaxLockTime - what's the real max?

AFAIK, the actual value used for a user is the max across all the groups the user belongs to, but "unset" don’t count.
So, if there is a group with unlimited (not unset), the user's value is unlimited.

We're having an interal debate about MaxLockTime for groups.

If a user is in multiple groups, most of which have this unset, with one group
having a value (say, 10000), is the user's maxLockTime unlimmited or 10000?
We seem to be reading the "p4 help maxresults" information
differently.
